Our extensive range of in-stock hardwood and softwood in many lengths and thicknesses, combined with our machining facility, enable Robbins Timber to be a very useful supplier to the Heritage & Restoration sector.

Our recent experience in this area has included supply for the full restoration and/or ongoing maintenance of historic buildings, vessels and occasionally trains!

BESPOKE MACHINING

Our machining facility is central to this service. We produce many industry standard sizes and profiles, but also offer a fully bespoke profiling service, for which we grind our own high speed steel cutters in-house. Replicating an intricate dado rail, skirting board, toe rail, window bead or anything else is part of our established service.
