We are open and all of our normal services remain operational.
We have however experienced a surge in demand across the business, following the recent lock-down announcement.

Queries & Enquiries:
Telephone and email demand has significantly increased.
If we are unable to answer your call, please send an email enquiry to timber@robbins.co.uk.
Our current estimated response time, for both telephone and email enquiries, is 1 working day.

Trade Counter:
Our Bristol Trade Counter is open for call in customers, with social distancing measures in place.
Please do expect queues on arrival. We will attempt to serve you as quickly as possible.

Collections:
We continue to offer a pre-booked collection service.  Our sales team will advise as to when your goods will be available for collection.

Deliveries:
Our delivery service is fully operational.
